While the calendar still says winter, weâre feeling the energy of springâfresh starts, new rescues, big plans unfolding for our property, and plenty of ways for you to jump in and make an impact. Big things are happening at the Rescue Center property, and we couldnât be more excited! Weâre getting a two-level Tuff Shed and customizing it to meet our needs. The ground level will have four state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor kennels with runs, and upstairs will be dedicated to enrichmentâbecause these rescue pups deserve the best. And the icing on the cake? No permits needed! Weâre also saying goodbye to the old barn (hello, demo day!) and pouring a brand-new foundation to set the stage for this upgrade. Plus, weâre moving forward with perimeter fencing to create a safe, secure space for our rescues. Itâs all coming together, and this is just the beginning! And when the weather warms up, weâll have lots of volunteer opportunities to get involved. If youâre interested in helping out, just let us know, and weâll add you to our private work party page so you can stay up to date on all the details. Weâre so grateful for your support as we kick off these next steps! |
